Evidence Found:
Fence on common line between Lot 33 and 34.
¾" IP at SW corner of Lot 34
4" x 4" Concrete monument found at NW corner of Lot 34
Monumentation Set:
½" IP at NE corner of Lot 34
No monumentation at SE corner of Lot 34 due to 8" pine tree on corner location
Conduct of Work:
Crew arrived at 8:30 a.m. North side of Lot 34 fronts on Maple Street. Found permanent subdivision monumentation at intersection of Maple Street and Walker Avenue as well as at intersection of Maple Street and Gaskin Avenue. Measured from intersections and found distances to be within .05' of record distances on subdivision map. Accordingly, used monuments found and set new monument at NE corner of Lot 34. Measured angles and distances between monuments and logged same in Field Book 43, Pages 53 & 54. Found measured and record distances and angles to be within allowable tolerances. All measured and record distances are noted on the attached survey map.

Vertical datum used was from Benchmarks 123 and 156 as set by County using NGVD 29 datum. Vertical information checked within .01'.

Instruments used: Topcon GPT-1002 Prismless Total Station and Topcon AT-G3 Auto Level.
