AFFIDAVIT OF WALTER JACOB TUCSANT
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared Walter
Jacob Tucsant, who being by me first duly sworn, deposes and
says:
7. That I am Walter Jacob Tucsant and keep office at 512 North
Wales Street, Perry, Georgia 31534.
8. That I am a Registered Land Surveyor in Georgia, license
#1234.
9. That I have been retained by Specialty Industrial Supplies
Inc. for the purpose of performing a boundary survey of the
property at Lot 34, Wuthering Heights, Plat Book 56, Page 73,
Houston County, Georgia.
10. That in performing my survey I have reviewed the Boundary
Survey of Lots 33, 35 and 26 of Wuthering Heights Subdivision,
Plat Book 56, Page 73, of the public records of Houston County,
Georgia.
11. That the Minimum Technical Standards that are a part of the
rules of the American Surveyors and Mappers Council are the
minimum standards of practice that govern my professional
surveying practice.
12. That in part the regulatory objective of the Minimum
Technical Standards is to ensure that the public has confidence
that boundaries of real property are located on the ground in an
adequate and defensible manner.
13. That the location of the geographic horizontal position of
property corners within a recorded subdivision are permanently
fixed by the subdivision plat of which the Subject Property is a
part, which property corner locations cannot be changed by
subsequent re-surveys.
14. That a licensed professional surveyor and mapper has the
responsibility under the Minimum Technical Standards to
investigate gaps and overlaps in previous boundary surveys.
15. That in my opinion the boundaries of Lot 34 of Wuthering
Heights Subdivision, Plat Book 56, Page 73, of the public
records of Houston County, Georgia, are as shown on the attached
survey map and report.
