Appendix C: Sample Property Line Agreement.
PROPERTY LINE AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made September 21, 2009, between Ray Smith, 321
Maple Street, and John Walker, 323 Maple Street, both of the
City of Gainesville, Alachua County, Florida, who are adjoining
landowners of properties separated by a common boundary line and
described as being the “East line of Lot 2" and also the “West
line of Lot 3,’ both of Blackacre Subdivision as recorded in
Plat Book 22, Page 33 of the public records of Alachua County,
Florida.
IN CONSIDERATION of the permanent resolution of their mutual
boundaries the parties, being uncertain of and in dispute about
the location of their common boundary line and desirous of
establishing that line of ownership between them conclusively so
that a fence may be maintained and improvements made on both of
their properties, do agree on and fix the common boundary line
between their respective properties as shown by the three strand
barbed wire fence and several monuments as indicated on the
attached survey sketch.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, and intending this to be a legal and binding
contract between them, the parties hereto have executed this
agreement on September 21, 2009, at Gainesville, Alachua County,
Florida.
